Trust and compliance
Our licensure, our non-discrimination and language assistance commitments, how your information is handled, and the disclaimers that apply to every plan and price on this site.
Non-discrimination
TruEnroll does not exclude, deny benefits to, or otherwise discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, age, disability, health status or source of payment. This applies to plan recommendations, enrollment assistance and every interaction with our licensed staff.
If you need an accommodation to complete an enrollment, including a screen reader compatible walkthrough, large print documents, or assistance by phone rather than in writing, ask any licensed specialist and we will provide it at no cost. If you believe you were treated unfairly, you can file a grievance with us and you may also file a civil rights complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights.
Language assistance
Free interpretation is available for any conversation about your coverage, including the enrollment application itself. Tell a licensed specialist which language you prefer and an interpreter joins the call at no cost to you. Written notices can be requested in an alternate language or alternate format.

Required disclaimers
- 01 TruEnroll is a licensed insurance producer resource. We are not a health insurance carrier and we do not underwrite, issue or administer coverage.
- 02 TruEnroll is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the federal government, HealthCare.gov, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, or any state Marketplace.
- 03 Plan availability, premiums, provider networks and drug formularies are set by each carrier and can change. The carrier plan documents, not this site, control what is covered.
- 04 Prices shown before an application is completed are estimates. A binding rate requires each applicant's date of birth and tobacco status, and subsidy amounts are confirmed by the Marketplace.
- 05 We do not offer tax or legal advice. Premium tax credit reconciliation questions should be directed to a tax professional or the IRS.
To request an accommodation, an interpreter, a copy of your records, or to raise a grievance, speak with a licensed specialist through live help and ask for the compliance contact.
